TODAY'S REFLECTION- TUESDAY- 7TH WEEK OF EASTER
St. Isidore the Farmer, married man
Acts 20:17-27/ Psalm 67:10-11,20-21/ John 17:1-11a

DEDICATION TO GOD AND SERVICE TO HUMANITY
Beloved, in our today's first reading, St. Paul delivered a speech to the leaders of the Christian community at Ephesus. He told them how he served God in humility and never shrunk from telling them what was for their good. He indicated how focused and determined he was to accomplish his God-given task despite the challenges. St. Paul knew he was making a journey of no return (Acts 20:25). We are to learn from the legacy which St. Paul left behind: dedication, humility, selfless service, courage, etc.

Friends, no physical distance can separate us from the love Jesus has for us. He continues to pray for us. His earthly life has come to an end. The hour has come for the son of man to be glorified (John 12:23). He prayed for us, touching on the essentials of human life, namely: unity, joy and love. Let us continue to pray for the above virtues exhibited by Jesus and St. Paul: dedication, selfless service, humility, hard work, love, unity etc. BE BLESSED.
